So far I have had a great experience with the staff and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. But unfortunately my first day moving in was yesterday and I already had my neighbor on the first floor under me, come to my door complaining about my 2 year old autistic son, making too much noise. I can’t hold him down or restrain him but he was still upset. I hope it gets better.

I love the office gals! They are sooo very helpful and nice! I’m a senior citizen and sometimes you feel like a second class person when dealing with younger folks, but I feel worthy when dealing with the young women at The Groves! 💕

It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and people are friendly here but some parts of the apartment was not done correctly like the kitchen Island the top is not connected to the bottom part so the marble top can be moved around and for the maintenance when we asked the maintenance people to come fix the washer because it makes noise like broken gears grinding when we put clothes to wash they said there’s nothing wrong with it even though we showed them a video of the washer making that noise

Wish the Clubhouse allowed gatherings for residents to play cards,Bunco,etc as a once a month gathering for those who are interested and sign up to play.Card tables will be needed and a resident will need to organize and oversee each game or form a small Committee to do so. prizes could be awarded. Using the small individual fee of say $5.00 award 1st,2nd and 3rd place or loser in the case of Bunco,3 tables of 4players rotate during game.can accommodate up to 4 tables ,if necessary. Fun game,very Social, requires to real skills or knowledge.Play on a week night 7pm till 9pm once a month.

It is a very nice community. It is quiet and close to the highway, so it is easy for me to get to things in Orlando or Lakeland. It also has very responsive maintenance people, so it isn't long after I have an issue that they are there.

Everything has been great and above my expectations but the only policy that i don't agree with is the no smoking on all the premises.. i totally understand and agree with no smoking in the apartment because you want to keep up the integrity of the apartment homes but there should be designated smoking areas throughout the community.. Being told to walk all the to the sidewalk outside of your community away from your home is very inconvenient.. Other than this complaint, this community is great and i can see me and my family living here for a long time to come 😃

Just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier! We love the neighborhood and proximity to both I-4 and the new Publix plaza. Kids love the pool and playground and our pup enjoys the Bark Park. There’s something for the whole family!

My experience as a Resident has been amazing, I’ve been here almost 2 months, the process since the beginning was amazing , every question asked and very good communication. I’ve submitted a request to change the batteries of the fire alarm and they came 20 min later after submitting it on the portal, I didn’t even have to call.

I've lived in multiple apartments in the past and The Groves has to be one of my favorite communities so far. It's quiet in the late hours and active with friendly neighbors during the weekends. It's close enough to I-4 so traveling between cities is easy, but also off the beaten path enough to give just the right amount of seclusion.

Management and maintenance are attentive. I work from home and the complex is quiet. The 2 bedroom apartment layout is spacious with large bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. I am so happy that I chose The Groves at Lake Julianna! I love my apartment, the other tenants are so nice, and I feel safe. I am a widow so it’s a wonderful feeling to not be afraid because you are alone! The grounds are so well lit at night when I take my little dog, Saasha, out and the staff is superb!! The maintenance crew answers a request very quickly and everyone is so pleasant! Thank you so much for a great community!!

My wife and me moved here since May 2023, We are in love with our apartment, the gym and the amenities. But the best experience that he had here was since the binging of the entire process with Richard we help Us during the whole process, he was so helpful, nice and detail. Since we move Jorge and Rafy always have been nice and they have a smile in their faces. Overall excellent place to live and call home. ♥️

We really enjoy it here its very nice quiet and peaceful. The amenities are nice specially the pool is great to spend summer in with family. Management team are also great they’re super nice and friendly maintenance is super quick and efficient. Overall super satisfied and happy with our experience definitely will be renewing our lease!

Overall we love it-however the parking is crazy especially when there are multiple, multiple people in one apartment that drive. Not fun walking from behind the garages after a late night at work. Other then that I enjoy sitting outside on the balcony nightly and searching for the gator.

The team at The Groves Apartment was very helpful and patient with us since we moved from Canada and had to fill out some extra paper work. The complex is nice , clean and family friendly. Looking forward to spend more time knowing the area and my neighbors. One thing I would recommend is a cover over the playground so the sun doesn't shine on the kids when they play. I love everything is nice and they have everything you need and it’s always clean. It’s a good place to live at, never have to worry about important packages going missing become they make sure to have a secured spot for them. They take animals in consideration having a dog park a dog spa and always having bags for when the dogs do their needs. They don’t just think about the well being of the animal but also the entertainment of the kids and all the adults with their nice kid park area and the pool, and to add more we have a nice grill open for everyone to enjoy and spend some time in family.

I’ve been holding off on reviewing until the apt resolves my issue that way I can give the most fair review I possibly can. My floors has been creaking since day one.. it has been 2 months and my floor is still weak and I wasn’t notified of a resolution yet. I will update my review once this issue is resolved. Aside from that, this is a great apt complex and there is no other complaints.

Very spacious and beautiful. The community is quiet yet friendly. I feel safe and love the valet garbage service. However, it does look a bit trashy when the neighbor hood trash is over flowing being that it is at the entrance of the community. I would recommend a second trash dump.

I must say, I really got off to a bad start here but like everyone else somewhere or how ,everyone does, And I understand no one’s perfect, but as long as you ratify the issues, then you move . Since then I’m enjoying living here and my pet does too. I’m glad we we’re able to ratify this experience, because I really would have miss out on the chance conveniently of the surroundings, and all of the amenities that comes with it, inside and outside. Really nice and place live, very quiet and any issues that can be ratify they will do so right away. Again, I’m glad I chose to continue to live here, there staffs are great. And I want to say Thank you all for working so promptly diligently to fix the issue.

This is a great place to live. I enjoy the staff pool community. It’s very clean quiet peaceful. My apt is beautiful safe and secure. Gym is clean never crowded. A great place, we recommend it 100%. Close to everything, they are even building a Publix supermarket, the buses arrive here and pick up the children. everything is beautiful! The apts are beautiful inside and spacious. the sunsets are beautiful too, credit to the office and maintenance, tremendous service. We would definitely choose them many times. It has a swimming pool, dog park, children's park among other things. I really love it

We also love the close proximity to I-4 which is also convinient super excited to have that new publix soon.

The apartments are nicely laid out. The fixtures in the apartments are good. The staff is wonderful and the community is peaceful. I suppose the only issue I see is the amount of parking spaces which are limited and this is going to cause problems. The 2nd night here I came in late and the only available space was on the far end opposite of the visitor parking. That's very unfortunate. If the residents have to deal with that continuously, then I can see some complaints. Especially if we are caught having to run across the visitor parking lot through the rain and someone falls and cracks their head. I'm certain any attorney would be glad to take the case considering that the amount of parking spaces that are available do not accommodate the amount of apartment homes there are and there is no cross walk between the visitor parking area. After looking at the polk county ordinance pertaining to parking online I see that a multi-family home is required to have 2 parking spaces per unit.

Nice and new apartments. Love the stainless steel appliances and the countertops in the kitchen/bathroom. Office staff is helpful. A few spiders here and there, but not a big concern. Glad the grounds are getting some trees and looking more inviting. Hopefully some trees near the playground and dog park soon!

Quiet community with spacious apartments settled close enough to amenities but without the continuous noise of traffic day-to-day. Very few complaints after 2+ weeks, with those being; 1. Whomever cut the grass failed to ensure they were blowing it away from my vehicle as well as the sidewalk entrance to the lower apartment doors which required us to attempt to remove the debris to ensure it was not tracked into the apartment during every entry/exit. 2. I have noticed insects (spiders) that utilize this debris that's lead to an increase of insects inside the unit. Lastly the outlets within the apartment seem to have been installed in a hurry with many of them requiring maneuvering of the plug in device to fit correctly with some of the outlet faces being crooked & off center from the wall our outlet itself.
