Encantada con la comunidad desde el día uno siempre han sido amables. Cuando uno tiene algun problema rápido lo resuelven. Es un lugar de paz y tranquilidad. Management and maintenance are attentive. I work from home and the complex is quiet. The 2 bedroom apartment layout is spacious with large bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. Residents here are also very friendly. It's an ideal choice for those who value a more personal, quiet, and friendly living environment.

I have had an exciting and amazing experience living here at Groves Lake Juliana. I must admit I did run into a little misunderstanding but promptly it was handle and taken care of. I want to give a special “Shout Out” to Yvette who extremely made sure I was good and satisfied, after taking care of the mishap. Things do happen, And I do understand but when you put forth effort to resolve it ASAP, means a lot to me. I would like to say again “Thank You” Groves at Lake Juliana for giving me the opportunity for this amazing experience living here. And if things don’t work out, I know where I can always come home to.

We feel good in this community all staff of the administration office and maintenance are pretty kind and respond quickly for any request. All facilities looks pretty cleanest and organized around the complex.

We really haven't had any issues with this community, besides the trash pickup being irregular sometimes. It's very clean and the front office is always helpful.

I really like the area and the process of getting in was easy. I would recommend this place most definitely. The only thing I would say that I have an issue with is the dog park. A few residents will choose not to pick up after their dog.

I absolutely LOVE living here. Britney in the leasing office is outstanding at her job! She is calm and kind, and took a lot of the stress out of finding a new home. My apartment is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful and the property is very clean and well maintained. Again, a HUGE shout out to Britney Wilson. She’s an asset to this apartment community.

So far so good. We have only been here less than two weeks but everything has been to flight. The maintenance staff have taken an interest in helping us. The leasing team were efficient. The neighbors that I have met have been cordial. I look forward to coming home.

I have been living in here for about 6 months, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This apartment community has provided me with an exceptional living experience. Everyone here gives off a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the maintenance and service team is outstanding, beautiful amenities, pet-friendly environment, and it's truly a convenient location (half way point from Tampa and Orlando). I recently just move in, it has been a week now. I absolutely love it here! I just went through the process of trying to buy a home and it was a horrible experience and did not work out. But I feel like it was a blessing in disguise. When we came here, all the stress was gone. Richard in the office was just wonderful and we are thrilled to be here. Added note…. My son has been at the pool everyday. 😊

Nice community. Would highly recommend living here. There are plenty of amenities and the new shopping center at lake Juliana is a plus. This community is pet friendly and kid friendly. We enjoy our renting experience here very much.

I am so happy that I chose The Groves at Lake Julianna! I love my apartment, the other tenants are so nice, and I feel safe. I am a widow so it’s a wonderful feeling to not be afraid because you are alone! The grounds are so well lit at night when I take my little dog, Saasha, out and the staff is superb!! The maintenance crew answers a request very quickly and everyone is so pleasant! Thank you so much for a great community!!

But the best experience that he had here was since the binging of the entire process with Richard we help Us during the whole process, he was so helpful, nice and detail. Overall we love it-however the parking is crazy especially when there are multiple, multiple people in one apartment that drive. Not fun walking from behind the garages after a late night at work. Other then that I enjoy sitting outside on the balcony nightly and searching for the gator.

It has been an absolute pleasure to call this community my home, and I have never felt more comfortable in an apartment! I have had practically no maintenance issues, the area is quiet and the amenities are great. I am almost a year in and we will definitely be renewing our lease. :)

The team at The Groves Apartment was very helpful and patient with us since we moved from Canada and had to fill out some extra paper work. The complex is nice , clean and family friendly. Looking forward to spend more time knowing the area and my neighbors. One thing I would recommend is a cover over the playground so the sun doesn't shine on the kids when they play. I love everything is nice and they have everything you need and it’s always clean. It’s a good place to live at, never have to worry about important packages going missing become they make sure to have a secured spot for them. They take animals in consideration having a dog park a dog spa and always having bags for when the dogs do their needs. They don’t just think about the well being of the animal but also the entertainment of the kids and all the adults with their nice kid park area and the pool, and to add more we have a nice grill open for everyone to enjoy and spend some time in family.

I’ve been holding off on reviewing until the apt resolves my issue that way I can give the most fair review I possibly can. My floors has been creaking since day one.. it has been 2 months and my floor is still weak and I wasn’t notified of a resolution yet. I will update my review once this issue is resolved. Aside from that, this is a great apt complex and there is no other complaints.

Very spacious and beautiful. The community is quiet yet friendly. I feel safe and love the valet garbage service. However, it does look a bit trashy when the neighbor hood trash is over flowing being that it is at the entrance of the community. I would recommend a second trash dump.

A very nice apartment complex with good amenities. Overall is a quiet and relaxing place to live. Only downside is pool area will become quite small as community grows. A basketball court or pickle ball court would be nice to add for amenities.

I must say, I really got off to a bad start here but like everyone else somewhere or how ,everyone does, And I understand no one’s perfect, but as long as you ratify the issues, then you move . Since then I’m enjoying living here and my pet does too. I’m glad we we’re able to ratify this experience, because I really would have miss out on the chance conveniently of the surroundings, and all of the amenities that comes with it, inside and outside. Really nice and place live, very quiet and any issues that can be ratify they will do so right away. Again, I’m glad I chose to continue to live here, there staffs are great. And I want to say Thank you all for working so promptly diligently to fix the issue.

I like it it’s nice and peaceful place to live, and the gym is good. The view is good as well and it’s a place I would recommend people to live.

Love everything about the rooms and I look forward to the area being less construction/sand and more plants. Only reason for not doing 5 stars is maintenance is slow and not responsive sometimes.

So far so good. My above neighbors walk like elephants and make weird noise all time of the night. My neighbors walk hard and jump . They play loud music.

A great place, we recommend it 100%. Close to everything, they are even building a Publix supermarket, the buses arrive here and pick up the children. everything is beautiful! The apts are beautiful inside and spacious. the sunsets are beautiful too, credit to the office and maintenance, tremendous service. We would definitely choose them many times. It has a swimming pool, dog park, children's park among other things. I really love it

Everyone is nice and welcoming. The maintenance was prompt when we as for assistance upon move in. The apartment is beautiful. Only wish is there was a dog park at both ends of complex.

Very friendly, quick and efficient! We were greeted immediately by the assistant general manager who had us fill out a little bit more paperwork and we had our keys within 5 minutes.

Its only been a month since we moved but so far so good I like living her Its quiet and peaceful great amenities even though I haven’t been able to use the pool I have been loving the luxer one package center its very nice and super efficient. We also love the close proximity to I-4 which is also convinient super excited to have that new publix soon.

I am really glad we found The Groves. It is close to work and quiet. It's in the middle of two good shopping areas and right off the hwy. The male leasing agent is kind and professional. Oh, and it's really nice. A hidden gem. Hopefully, we will continue to get new good neighbors.

The apartments are nicely laid out. The fixtures in the apartments are good. The staff is wonderful and the community is peaceful. I suppose the only issue I see is the amount of parking spaces which are limited and this is going to cause problems. The 2nd night here I came in late and the only available space was on the far end opposite of the visitor parking. That's very unfortunate. If the residents have to deal with that continuously, then I can see some complaints. Especially if we are caught having to run across the visitor parking lot through the rain and someone falls and cracks their head. I'm certain any attorney would be glad to take the case considering that the amount of parking spaces that are available do not accommodate the amount of apartment homes there are and there is no cross walk between the visitor parking area. After looking at the polk county ordinance pertaining to parking online I see that a multi-family home is required to have 2 parking spaces per unit.

Day 7 at The Groves at Lake Julianna - all is well so far. Neighbors seem nice and office staff helpful. They are still building so some construction noise during the day which is to be expected. A two story Publix being built in the plaza down the road.

Nice and new apartments. Love the stainless steel appliances and the countertops in the kitchen/bathroom. Office staff is helpful. A few spiders here and there, but not a big concern. Glad the grounds are getting some trees and looking more inviting. Hopefully some trees near the playground and dog park soon!

Haven't been here too long, but so far everything has been superb. Office staff is very approachable and friendly! Maintenance staff, very friendly again. Grounds are kept supreme and units are exceptional.

Quiet community with spacious apartments settled close enough to amenities but without the continuous noise of traffic day-to-day. Very few complaints after 2+ weeks, with those being; 1. Whomever cut the grass failed to ensure they were blowing it away from my vehicle as well as the sidewalk entrance to the lower apartment doors which required us to attempt to remove the debris to ensure it was not tracked into the apartment during every entry/exit. 2. I have noticed insects (spiders) that utilize this debris that's lead to an increase of insects inside the unit. Lastly the outlets within the apartment seem to have been installed in a hurry with many of them requiring maneuvering of the plug in device to fit correctly with some of the outlet faces being crooked & off center from the wall our outlet itself.

Since we called to inquire about openings to the tour and then move in everyone was very friendly and attentive. The ammenities are awesome and more then I expected. The property is beautiful even though it’s not finished being built. We are looking forward ti see what it look like when it’s Finished too.

So far this place is awesome! I love being in an area that’s not congested with traffic yet so close to everything! The apartments are beautiful and spacious with such a great modern look! The attention to detail with the countertops and light fixtures made a huge difference!

Good customer service Nice neighbors and overall the experience has been good. The neighborhood is peaceful. Since this is a new community, the grocery stores are atleast 20 min drive but that’s not too bad. There is a Publix under construction right next to the building so that will help a lot.
