The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place, and the community itself is beautiful—peaceful, clean, and welcoming. A special thank you to Dolly, who was truly a standout in the whole experience. She was attentive, responsive, and so kind throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly, and every concern was addressed with care. It felt less like moving into a new place and more like being welcomed home. If you’re considering The Groves, know that you’ll be in good hands—especially with someone like Dolly on your side. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to this new chapter!

I've only been here for 3 weeks but I love it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I had reason to contact the Maintenance Team and I was totally satisfied with the response time and caring way they helped me. Thanks to all involved.

Very easy process. I was able to do all I needed remotely and was welcomed with a smile when I finally stepped foot in the door for the first time. Little sitting and signing And I was handed my keys. It was perfect.

So far I have had a great experience with the staff and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. But unfortunately my first day moving in was yesterday and I already had my neighbor on the first floor under me, come to my door complaining about my 2 year old autistic son, making too much noise. I can’t hold him down or restrain him but he was still upset. I hope it gets better.

Can truly say that I love living here. The apartment is nice and the staff are friendly and always there when you need them. I love that they have different activities for every season! Would definitely recommend living here.

I love the office gals! They are sooo very helpful and nice! I’m a senior citizen and sometimes you feel like a second class person when dealing with younger folks, but I feel worthy when dealing with the young women at The Groves! 💕

Esta bueno el área .. me siento cómodo viviendo hay lo malo es que el costo de la renta esta muy elevada y fui unos de los primero en mudarme hay y Haora mismo estoy buscando The area is good... I feel comfortable living there. The bad thing is that the cost of rent is very high and I was one of the first to move there and now I am looking for a place.

The staff here are always friendly and very easy to talk to when needed. The maintenance people are quick to solve any issues we're having, I'm always amazed at their response times.

Staff was great about making everything so easy to move in. Lots of amenities on site such as a pool, gym, grill area, dog wash, dog area and a place to wash and vacuum your vehicle.

The Groves at Lake Juliana is my first ever apartment, and I am very lucky for this being my first renting experience! The staff are extremely helpful, personable, and kind! The amenities here are very nice, and the community is clean. I have no complaints, and I cannot wait to make more memories here!

Everything is so nice. It's beautiful and kept up so well. Brit in the office has been great and addressing anything brought up. I think this will be a great new start for me and my girls!

It is a very nice community. It is quiet and close to the highway, so it is easy for me to get to things in Orlando or Lakeland. It also has very responsive maintenance people, so it isn't long after I have an issue that they are there.

Staff is extremely nice & helpful. Apps are easy to use. Grounds are very nice and kept. Have been here for a month and we are enjoying it!!

Enjoy living here! Clean, nice area with great amenities like a pool, gym, playground, and BBQ. I try to keep my toddlers' noise down, but you can hear other neighbors' footsteps too—it's apartment living! Overall, I’d still choose this place over others.

The staff have been so Cordell and helpful. I was in a time crunch to get moved and they understood and got me in quickly. I am so grateful that kind people are still trying to help others.

This complex is clean quiet and the perfect first home or family home. Pool playground cookout place and a common room with a free coffee bar Lots to do and staff is very very kind
