Pet Policy
The Groves at Lake Juliana is a pet-friendly community. Two (2) pets are permitted per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Pet Fee: $350 one-time non-refundable fee for one pet or $500 for two pets + $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Please see agent for additional requirements and details.
